Artwork Format

We can only accept the following image format;

PDF, PSD, PNG, JPEG.

Artwork Resolution

For optimal print we require no less than 300DPI.
We cannot accept 72DPI images taken from the web.

Artwork Size

Our maximum print area is 16x20 inches or 51x31 centimeters
Please ensure that your artwork is the correct size for print.

Artwork Positioning

To ensure correct positioning, we recommend that you create a blank canvas measuring 16x20 inches, then place your artworks within the canvas. If for any reason you are unable to do this, please inform us of the starting position measured from the collar to the top of the artwork.

Artwork Colours

To ensure accurate colour reproduction, artworks should be saved in CMYK format.

Optimisation

Digital printing may not always match what you see on screen. For this reason some optimisation may be required.
We will not modify artworks in any way unless specifically requested. Please be aware that any modification or optimisation is a chargeable service.

Colour Loss

Please account for a 5% loss of colour following the curing process and a further 5% following the first wash. For this reason we would advise over-saturation of your artworks.

Washing

We recommend that printed garments are washed inside-out at 30 degrees.

Ordering

We require order to be sent in spredsheet form clearly listing artwork names, sizes and quantities along with any additional requirements such as labelling, folding and bagging etc.
Your order will only be processed once we have received both purchase order and artworks.

Lead Times

We always aim to complete each order as quickly as possible. However, please allow us seven working days from processing your order to dispatch.
